Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a HODStay account or using the HODStay application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use HODStay. These terms are between you and HOD Technologies Limited ("HOD", "we", "us").

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share your account with others or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Use of the service

HODStay is provided for hotel and hospitality business operations. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent any access controls, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the service or other users.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into HODStay, including guest records, reservations and payment records. By using HODStay, you grant HOD Technologies a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

Subscriptions and billing

HODStay subscription fees are charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS) on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are managed from within the HODStay application. Refund terms will be made available within the billing section of the application.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, update or modify the service with or without notice.

Termination

You may stop using HODStay at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or for extended non-payment of subscription fees.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HOD Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of HODStay. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. [Jurisdiction clause to be finalised by legal counsel.]

Changes

We may update these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
