About HODStay

What is HODStay?

HODStay is a cloud-based hotel management application that brings rooms, reservations, guests, payments, housekeeping, staff and daily operations into one connected workspace.

It is designed to replace the paper books, spreadsheets and disconnected tools that many independent hospitality businesses still rely on — and to do so in a way that is calm, structured and accessible from any device.

The problem we address

Independent hotels, lodges and guest houses operate with small teams, limited IT support and real operational pressure. Room status, guest records, payment tracking and staff coordination are too often managed across separate systems — or not managed systematically at all.

When front-desk staff cannot see which rooms are clean, when payment records cannot be reconciled at the end of a shift, or when management cannot know what is happening across their property — the operational cost is real. HODStay addresses this by connecting every part of the guest stay in one clear, auditable workflow.
